Sexual Harassment Prevention committees

As per the order of supreme court and direction of Shivaji University Kolhapur the college has formed ‘Sexual Harassment Prevention committee’. It works for the prevention of sexual harassment in and around the college campus. It is for female security as well as to create equality between men and women. The committee receives oral or written complaints by girl students about sexual harassment and tries to overcome it at committee level. The committee organises lectures to acquaint the students about the nature of sexual harassment and the steps taken by the committee to prevent it. Thus the committee works of gender equality and healthy atmosphere for girls as well as boys.
